Job Summary

A company that develops software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing compensation consulting expertise
  • Providing ongoing support for TA to appropriately align offers
  • Contributing to the design and delivery of base pay

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7+ years experience providing compensation consulting/support to client groups within an organization
  • Expert knowledge in market pricing, job leveling, and HR policy
  • Advanced knowledge of compensation theories, principles, programs, trends, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing analytics platforms such as PowerBI, or other related platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint, experience with Workday
