Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, implementing and administering base pay strategies, policies and programs
- Developing strong partnerships with the HR Business Partners
- Participating in and take the lead on various compensation related projects including merger and acquisition activity
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and 7+ years' progressive compensation and/or HR experience
- or Master's Degree in HR or MBA and 5+ years progressive compensation and/or HR experience
- Project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the technical and compliance/regulatory aspects of compensation
