Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing, implementing and administering base pay strategies, policies and programs
  • Developing strong partnerships with the HR Business Partners
  • Participating in and take the lead on various compensation related projects including merger and acquisition activity

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and 7+ years' progressive compensation and/or HR experience
  • or Master's Degree in HR or MBA and 5+ years progressive compensation and/or HR experience
  • Project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the technical and compliance/regulatory aspects of compensation
