Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning Compensation programs supporting Job and Compensation architecture
- Managing and maintaining job architecture, pay structure, and geographies in Workday
- Creating and pricing jobs internally and through external market surveys
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4 years of experience in managing Compensation Programs for U.S. distributed workforce
- Advanced knowledge of Compensation: job architecture, job pricing, incentive plans, annual merit process, and HRIS workflows
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and potential impacts related to Compensation programs
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Programs
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex/advanced data issues and problem-solving skills by providing recommendations/solutions
