Job Summary

A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning Compensation programs supporting Job and Compensation architecture
  • Managing and maintaining job architecture, pay structure, and geographies in Workday
  • Creating and pricing jobs internally and through external market surveys

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4 years of experience in managing Compensation Programs for U.S. distributed workforce
  • Advanced knowledge of Compensation: job architecture, job pricing, incentive plans, annual merit process, and HRIS workflows
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and potential impacts related to Compensation programs
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Programs
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex/advanced data issues and problem-solving skills by providing recommendations/solutions
