Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing complex analysis and modeling for compensation projects and programs
- Working in collaboration with HR and Shared Services to optimize resources and ensure the accuracy of data analytics
- Partnering with leaders and HR around job grading, career frameworks, and salary structures to ensure consistency globally
Qualifications for this position include:

- 4+ years’ work experience in a Compensation role
- Advanced Excel skills
