An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and administering compensation policies and programs
- Leading the review cycles of compensation programs
- Preparing compensation analyses and reporting for HR, Management and Executives
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate discipline
- 5+ years of experience managing compensation programs for a large organization
- 3+ years of experience managing benefits programs
- Knowledgeable in a variety of benefit programs and compensation theories
- Knowledge of Compliance and other regulations
- Knowledge of benefit programs including Pension, 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Benefits, retiree medical
