Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and administering compensation policies and programs
  • Leading the review cycles of compensation programs
  • Preparing compensation analyses and reporting for HR, Management and Executives

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate discipline
  • 5+ years of experience managing compensation programs for a large organization
  • 3+ years of experience managing benefits programs
  • Knowledgeable in a variety of benefit programs and compensation theories
  • Knowledge of Compliance and other regulations
  • Knowledge of benefit programs including Pension, 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Benefits, retiree medical
