Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation and Benefits Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in yearly compensation survey submissions
- Supporting the effective design and administration of our global compensation
- Assisting in making compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other compensation actions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have many years of experience deploying proactive and innovative approaches to total rewards
- You've held progressively senior leadership roles in the areas of global compensation and benefits management
- You're experienced and skilled at advising and coaching senior and C-level executives and executing strategy
