A for-profit genealogy company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation and Equity Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing analysis on external and internal compensation competitiveness
- Reviewing job classifications
- Participating in salary surveys
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years experience of compensation experience in a multi-national company
- Experience in equity plan administration
- Proficient knowledge in the areas of equity plan administration, accounting, tax, legal, and compliance
- Advanced level knowledge of Excel
