A privately-held work management software company is in need of a Remote Senior Compensation Consultant in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for assisting in the short and long-term compensation strategy, design and execution
- Playing a key role in compensation review cycles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, Finance, Accounting or other related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Strong analytical, project management, and program development skills
