Job Summary
A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the fringe benefits budget
- Developing comprehensive communications plans
- Leading the design, delivery and administration of all compensation and benefit programs/processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefits process and strategy
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR Systems
- 7+ years' experience in compensation required
- Ability to look at things from a strategic lens
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
