Job Summary

A media and marketing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Evaluating best practices and developments in applicable laws to drive changes in plan design and implementation
  • Developing, implementing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs for vice president and above level roles
  • Ensuring competitive and cost-effective executive compensation policies and practices

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Expert level knowledge of current market trends and leading compensation practices
  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of demonstrated compensation and team management experience
  • Design and delivery of stock-based compensation programs
  • Ability to blend compensation philosophy, best in class methods and programs, and business needs
  • Expert level technical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: relationship building, enthusiasm, and positive outlook
