A media and marketing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating best practices and developments in applicable laws to drive changes in plan design and implementation
- Developing, implementing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs for vice president and above level roles
- Ensuring competitive and cost-effective executive compensation policies and practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expert level knowledge of current market trends and leading compensation practices
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of demonstrated compensation and team management experience
- Design and delivery of stock-based compensation programs
- Ability to blend compensation philosophy, best in class methods and programs, and business needs
- Expert level technical skills
