Job Summary

A software technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Compensation Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Function as an advisor and point person for all compensation related matters
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner
  • Lead the organization through annual compensation planning processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Compensation Consultant,
  • Global (Non – US) compensation experience
  • Previous experience working in the high-tech industry or a fast growth environment
  • Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling
  • Experience working in Tableau Desktop (preferred) or desire to learn
