Job Summary
A software technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Compensation Manager.
Must be able to:
- Function as an advisor and point person for all compensation related matters
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner
- Lead the organization through annual compensation planning processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Compensation Consultant,
- Global (Non – US) compensation experience
- Previous experience working in the high-tech industry or a fast growth environment
- Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint
- Expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling
- Experience working in Tableau Desktop (preferred) or desire to learn
