Job Summary
A financial services and technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage Compensation programs
- Promote the understanding of compensation philosophies, practices and administration across all levels of the organization
- Oversee annual merit cycle to ensure pay parity and competitive compensation across teams and geographies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of work experience in Compensation administration
- Strong planning, project management, organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization and time management skills in handling multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines
