Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs
- Analyzing and interpreting relevant market data, and develop recommendations for the design and review of salary structures
- Partnering with HR Operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on systems, data, and processes for all areas of compensation
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years compensation experience
- Experience in compensation salary planning, incentive programs, market pricing and analytics
- Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and overall proficiency in MS Office suite
