Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Operationalizing Compensation and Absence management programs and strategies
  • Translating high level vision into a clear set of requirements
  • Serving as the Compensation Administrator

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, technology or related
  • 5+ years of experience in employee compensation
  • Solid understanding of rewards operations
  • 3 years of practical Workday HCM, Core Compensation, Advance Compensation
  • Experience implementing Workday’s HCM core compensation and advanced compensation module
  • 3-5 years of Compensation administration experience
