A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Operationalizing Compensation and Absence management programs and strategies
- Translating high level vision into a clear set of requirements
- Serving as the Compensation Administrator
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, technology or related
- 5+ years of experience in employee compensation
- Solid understanding of rewards operations
- 3 years of practical Workday HCM, Core Compensation, Advance Compensation
- Experience implementing Workday’s HCM core compensation and advanced compensation module
- 3-5 years of Compensation administration experience
