Job Summary

A developer of genetics and biology technology. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Programs Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing, implementing, communicating and administering total pay programs that align with company strategy and changing business needs
• Constructing and deploying overall global compensation job infrastructure
• Developing training and communications in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver and roll-out compensation programs
