Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining and administering Job Catalog updates
- Developing salary range/structures
- Conducting salary surveys and market studies to identify compensation trends
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- 5+ years of experience with compensation, classification and salary systems
- Preferred 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
