Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Compensation Specialist in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of our annual compensation programs and processes
• Reviewing offer exceptions
• Identifying and executing on process improvements and enhancements

Qualifications Include:

• 4-5 years of experience in a compensation role
• Bachelor's’ degree in HR, Finance or a related field
• A proven understanding of equity compensation practices globally
• Advanced excel skills and preferably experience with Workday or a similar HRIS system
• A strong eye for business, and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• A stellar ability to synthesize data to support decision-making
