Job Summary
A clinical and scientific staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Complaints Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Initiate, investigate and respond to customer complaints
- Batch record review, data gathering and other investigation related support for complaints
- Complaint sample receipt, initial inspection, documentation verification
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficient in problem solving and analytical skills
- 4-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in Quality function
- Bachelor of science degree in related field
- High level of attention to detail
- Full complement of business computer literacy skills
- Proficient in technical investigations, batch record review and technical writing
