Job Summary

A clinical and scientific staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Complaints Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Initiate, investigate and respond to customer complaints
  • Batch record review, data gathering and other investigation related support for complaints
  • Complaint sample receipt, initial inspection, documentation verification

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Proficient in problem solving and analytical skills
  • 4-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in Quality function
  • Bachelor of science degree in related field
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Full complement of business computer literacy skills
  • Proficient in technical investigations, batch record review and technical writing
