Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Complex Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with an emphasis on excellent customer service
  • Taking responsibility for addressing member issues, questions, concerns, and see them through to resolution
  • Responding to members and providers in a polite and courteous manner

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 1+ years of experience with insurance, benefits, and claims
  • 1+ years in Healthcare, Advocacy Service, Customer Service, and/or Call Center Services, Sales, Hospitality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business from noon to 11pm EST
