Job Summary
A financial technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Compliance Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drafting responses to compliance examiner inquiries resulting from regulatory complaints
- Assisting with the preparation for and management of regulatory examinations and visitations
- Supporting the Compliance Department with other compliance-related roles and responsibilities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum seven (7) years professional experience in banking compliance or law
- Highly knowledgeable in banking and payment regulations
- Ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations on courses of action
- Experience in developing KRIs, KPIs, reporting dashboards, and process flows
- Proficiency with MS Office Professional programs
