Remote Senior Compliance Professional

Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compliance Professional.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide auditing and monitoring activities to improve quality agent performance
• Research and investigate allegations of agent misconduct and assign the appropriate corrective action
• Identify solutions to systemic problems identified

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in the understanding of complex member allegations
• 2 or more years of experience in an investigative/compliance role
• 1+ years of experience with presenting to leadership
• 1+ years of experience in coaching ideally 3rd party organizations
• Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS
