Key Responsibilities

• Guide auditing and monitoring activities to detect potential compliance risks
• Support the development and review of compliance tools, assessments, and documentation
• Develop training content and deliver education related to compliance topics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or similar work
• 5 to 7 years of experience in acute care hospital operations or related areas
• General knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy laws and standards
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
