Job Summary

A healthcare IT consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compliance Specialist in Baltimore.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of the compliance strategy plan
  • Coordinate the implementation of compliance and audit activities
  • Identify and track risks and negative trends

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree required - Law, accounting, economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing compliance programs or audit activities or leading large projects or programs
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and systems
  • Significant experience using Microsoft Applications
  • Experienced in planning, coordinating, directing, and overseeing projects and teams
  • Experience with compliance/monitoring, and auditing initiatives for the CMS Innovation Center Models, Primary Care Models, and Accountable Care organizations
