Job Summary
A banking institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Conduct and Ethics Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Consulting with management regarding risks, complaints, and behaviors
- Defining, identifying and overseeing risks associated with conduct and culture
- Assisting in the development of risk management strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7-10 years banking experience
- Evidence of solid leadership skills
- Ability to build consensus
- In-depth research and analysis skills
- Experience in applying various elements of an effective well controlled program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel
