Job Summary

A major financial and banking institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Conduct and Ethics Manager.

Must be able to:

• Consult with management regarding risks, complaints, behaviors & trends to help define, identify & oversee risks
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies that drive identification, quantification & mitigation of conduct risk
• Conduct evaluations and /or investigations communicating with diverse partners

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years banking experience
• Evidence of solid leadership skills
• Effective and decisive decision making skills as well as ability to build consensus
• In-depth research and analysis skills for more complex and critical data, interpret, and communicate trends
• Risk-based thinking and experience in applying various elements of an effective well controlled program
• Strong communication skills to assist in influencing and/or collaborating with various stakeholders
