Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Confluence Product Designer in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Drive product design thinking and lead design work across a critical area of the experience
- Collaborate with the platform team, establish principles and champion the next phase of content creation
- Develop a keen understanding of our users and their needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UX or Product Designer
- A track record of delivering outcomes where you've driven product direction
- Ability to lead and inspire others and build consensus with cross functional peers
- Ability to inspire and mentor your more junior colleagues
- A mastery of your craft
- Strong facilitation and collaboration abilities
