Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Senior Construction Due Diligence Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that a high quality of management, administrative and technical services are provided
- Representing the company on project-level negotiations
- Providing effective leadership to the CM team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Conduct site visits; willing to travel at least 20% of the time
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction
- 5 years of experience performing plan and cost reviews
- Advanced Windows-based programs knowledge
