Job Summary
A company that provides business solutions is seeking a Remote Senior Construction Due Diligence Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Representing the company on project-level negotiations with client and other business meetings
- Reviewing project drawings, specifications, scope of work and related documents for compliance
- Establishing project teams and coordinate with the Client Manager as necessary
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction
- 5 years' experience performing plan and cost reviews, construction administration and construction monitoring
- Experience with advanced Windows-based programs specifically MS Word, SharePoint, Bluebeam and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimum oversight
