Job Summary

A financial institution is in need of a Remote Senior Construction Loan Closer in Chicago.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Utilize Encompass loan origination software
  • Audit construction loan files for compliance inaccuracies
  • Manage a daily pipeline of Initial Loan Estimates

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 year college degree or commensurate mortgage experience
  • 3 + years of Residential Mortgage Closing experience
  • 2+ years of experience Closing Construction loans
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA and conventional product offerings
  • Demonstrated history of meeting closing deadlines
  • Favorable credit history and background
