Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Construction Project Manager in San Diego.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing new construction
- Developing the project budgets and schedules
- Managing construction documentation
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel in your market in support of projects
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field required
- 8+ years of experience in all aspects of the design and construction process including standards and costs
- Ability to run multiple projects ranging in size and complexity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead others and work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to leverage technology to drive productivity and efficiency
