Job Summary

A developer of payment processing products for the healthcare industry has an open position for a Remote Senior Consumer Engagement Outreach Director .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with the SVP to create and implement build and expansion strategy to advance client outcomes and consumer experience
• Directing design, planning & implementation of outreach center & creating business processes that enable scale for growth
• Ensuring organizational alignment in the design and execution of initiative efforts

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree ideally with a healthcare administration background; advanced degree is preferred
• 5-10 years of experience leading operations and/or building out operational teams within a health plan or healthcare service provider
• Proven subject matter experience in the areas of risk adjustment, member/consumer engagement and quality
• Demonstrated achievements in medium to large, matrixed organizational transformations is required
