Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Consumer Experience Strategist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with journey leaders to communicate strategic recommendations, progress of experience initiatives and operating roadmap
  • Assessing opportunity size of new and inflight initiatives to inform investment and scaling decisions
  • Conducting research, including competitive intelligence and market research

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials
  • 2+ years prior experience in strategy, corporate development, business development, corporate strategic planning
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • In addition, you are: highly collaborative, self-motivated, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, biased toward action
