Job Summary
A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Consumer Insights and Analytics Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct research through procuring, sanitizing, allocating, and integrating various data sources
- Be the voice of the guest and end-user, bringing together known and unknown data
- Provide direction, consulting, and analysis on marketing, real estate planning, culinary, technology and design
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and shifting workloads
- Strong proficiency in analytics, customer journey mapping, brand positioning, segmentation and visualization of insights
- Proven success in conducting research, interpreting consumer insights, and understanding consumer behaviors
- Have strong presentation skills - a must
