A company that offers online and mobile food ordering platforms has an open position for a Remote Senior Contact Center Business Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Implement contact center communication solutions
- Lead project delivery from concept through implementation
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years project/program management experience
- Track record of driving results and projects to completion
- Ability to lead, and work with, all levels of the organization
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and/or Lean Six-Sigma methodologies
