Job Summary
A banking company is in need of a Remote Senior Contact Center Business Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide account information, respond to maintenance requests
- Fulfill customer requests for account maintenance activities
- Cross-sell Bank products and services to incoming customer service callers to meet their needs
Required Skills:
- Strong telephone skills
- inimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with personal computers (PC)
