Job Summary

A banking company is in need of a Remote Senior Contact Center Business Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide account information, respond to maintenance requests
  • Fulfill customer requests for account maintenance activities
  • Cross-sell Bank products and services to incoming customer service callers to meet their needs

Required Skills:

  • Strong telephone skills
  • inimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales or related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Basic familiarity with personal computers (PC)
