A nationwide banking and financing company is seeking a Remote Senior Contact Center Portfolio Manager.
Must be able to:
- Directly supervise and manage staff of Portfolio Managers
- Collaborate with multiple business units at various levels
- Plan, develop, and control moderate departmental budget
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- PMI Project Management Professional credential
- 10 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling projects
