Job Summary
A financial company has an open position for a Remote Senior Contact Center VoIP Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Mentoring other engineers in administering Session Border Controllers
- Partnering in managing a SIP telephony environment
- Cross training on the other platform components
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Extensive skills in SIP, Session Border Controllers, and call flow designs using Avaya
- Solid fundamentals in modern IVR, call recording, workforce management, analytics and survey platforms
- Ability to interact with business leaders and contact center agents
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Experience in working with a LEAN management system
- Understanding of demand, team capacity, and prioritization
