Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Remote Senior Contact Center VoIP Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Mentoring other engineers in administering Session Border Controllers
  • Partnering in managing a SIP telephony environment
  • Cross training on the other platform components

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Extensive skills in SIP, Session Border Controllers, and call flow designs using Avaya
  • Solid fundamentals in modern IVR, call recording, workforce management, analytics and survey platforms
  • Ability to interact with business leaders and contact center agents
  • Strong analytical and communications skills
  • Experience in working with a LEAN management system
  • Understanding of demand, team capacity, and prioritization
