A student loan refinancing marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Senior Continuous Customer Engagement Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying business development opportunities that can accelerate product development
- Working with Product Marketing bringing this new offering to market
- Leveraging CRM to bring the right message to the right customer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have worked with autonomous pods shipping frequently
- Have at least 5+ years of Product or equivalent experience delivering great Product outcomes
- Having true autonomy over a product and ownership of outcomes
- Have managed high-volume consumer web sites with a strong background in helping customers find what they are looking for
- Have worked in finance/fintech previously or hold great interest in the topic
