Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management
- Leveraging all aspects of sourcing and candidate development
- Ensuring an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 5+ years high volume recruiting experience
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines within time restraints
- Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal communication skills
