Job Summary

A contract research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Contracts and Grants Analyst IIS.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring the successful negotiation and on-going management of clinical trial agreements
  • Communicating and explaining legal/ budgetary issues
  • Appraising contracts for completeness and accuracy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Participates in client meetings for the purpose of expediting the contract signing process
  • 1-3 years experience with contracts
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
  • Read write and speak fluent English
  • Familiarity with clinical contracts
  • Experience in relevant areas involving contracts, negotiation, or sales
