Job Summary
An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Contracts Manager.
Must be able to:
- Effectively draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements
- Deliver timely, pragmatic, and business-focused advice to internal teams on structuring and interpretation of commercial contracts
- Lead negotiations directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams with minimal lawyer supervision
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8-10+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong judgment and negotiation and document drafting skills are essential
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and effective negotiator with an ability to advocate for a position
