Job Summary
A startup development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Contracts Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements
- Supporting the ongoing development of negotiation playbooks
- Developing appropriate contract templates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A contracts manager or attorney with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Experienced negotiating a broad range of agreements (complex IP, data privacy, and technology agreements)
- Experienced in self-service contracts, training materials/playbooks and related workflow processes
- A contracts manager or attorney with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Enthusiastic about legal technology and proficient in using CLM tools
