Job Summary
A specialized data analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Contracts Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advise the Director or Revenue Operations and other managers on contracting strategy
- Manage cooperative purchasing relationships, documentation, and compliance
- Oversee the process for compliance forms and vendor forms, as part of procurement processes and RFPs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience as a manager in a role related to contracts, legal, or procurement
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and FERPA (or similar laws like GDPR)
- Experience using and/or administering legal technology or contracting software
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates cross-functionally
- K12 Education or ed-tech experience
- Experience using Salesforce, Google Suite, and task management tools
