Job Summary
An e-learning software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Contracts Negotiator Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating the response process for requests for information
- Reviewing, drafting, advising, and negotiating legal terms in agreements and ordering documents
- Developing and managing our contracts/legal process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Prior in-house contract experience
- Bachelor's and paralegal degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience drafting complex software or SaaS deals
- Effective negotiation skills
- Able to multitask, respond promptly, and set contract turnaround expectations
