A global life sciences company is in need of a Remote Senior Contracts Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Daily tracking, negotiation and approval of Site Agreements and Site Agreement templates
Timely updating of the departmental contract tracking system

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4+ years of experience
Able to draft, negotiate, review, and process contracts
