Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Senior Conventional Underwriter in Westminster.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing for FHA, Agency, or other Investor loan types based on the specified guidelines
  • Analyzing, underwriting and clearing conditions for FHA, Agency, or other Investor loan types
  • Working on other assigned tasks

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 Plus years underwriting experience
  • Experience with Conventional and FHA loans in a Retails/Wholesale environment
  • DU/LP Underwriting experience
  • Thorough understanding of underwriting policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with review and understanding of complex tax documentation
  • Proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners on loan decisions
