Job Summary
A non-profit information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Core Blockchain Backend Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, optimize and implement novel consensus mechanisms
- Design and implement distributed network testing tools
- Create supporting tools to empower developers who are building on Avalanche
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science
- Proficiency in Golang, C++, Java and/or Rust
- Experience with AWS: Snowflake, Aurora, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS... etc
- 5+ years experience in blockchain, consensus protocols, distributed systems, applied cryptography, compilers, p2p or similar systems
