Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Core Services Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing software that empowers your engineering colleagues
• Working on high visibility scaling and stability projects
• Learning how to use and operate industry standard technologies and introducing them into the tech stack

Qualifications Include:

• Experience scaling Aurora PostgreSQL or other datastores
• Operational expertise
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka and its tools and ecosystem to unlock new features and enable new use cases
• Ability to work deep into the back end development stack
• Ability to dive into documentation/videos, talk to your teammates, and experiment to become well-versed
• Strong teamwork skills
