Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Senior Corporate and Technical Recruitment Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evolving the current frameworks of recruitment to accelerate our ability to grow
- Managing and executing on full recruitment life cycle on Engineering, IT, Senior and Executive searches
- Developing a scalable recruiting strategy for our Software Engineering and Specialized Technology hiring
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of recruitment experience in the Engineering and IT space
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a talent acquisition leader
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration practices and processes
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders/hiring managers
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders as a strategic business partner
- Excellent project management skills
