Job Summary

A customer service company is seeking a Remote Senior Corporate Contracts Attorney.

Must be able to:

• Draft, negotiate and interpret commercial outsourcing agreements
• Perform risk assessment related to commercial terms
• Work in conjunction with outside counsel on intellectual property matters as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Must have a JD from an US Accredited University
• 4-7 years of directly related work experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment
• Contract negotiation and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work effectively with high levels of client/customer interaction and visibility
• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts
