Job Summary
A customer service company is seeking a Remote Senior Corporate Contracts Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Draft, negotiate and interpret commercial outsourcing agreements
- Perform risk assessment related to commercial terms
- Work in conjunction with outside counsel on intellectual property matters as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have a JD from an US Accredited University
- 4-7 years of directly related work experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment
- Contract negotiation and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work effectively with high levels of client/customer interaction and visibility
- Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts
